I've slept most of the day and am going back to sleep again soon but just HAD to post this right quick.
Honest to God, my son Alien said this to me today during a bit of snuggle time.
"Mom, your armpits smell like roses compared to Magnets."
He smiled lovingly at me, so pleased with his compliment.
I love that kid.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! I had to look twice at what you wrote, your son "Alien" my mind wanted to read Allen or something but then I read it again and again and kept coming back to Alien..hahahahaha....hillarious!!! And your armpit compliment sounds incredibly sweet...hope you are writing down all these sweet compliments...could be a great book someday...Children's Compliments 101....
Now go to bed!!! Sleep well!!! Oh and Happy Easter to you and your family!!!!
That's so funny. What a little sweetie ! I like Amy's idea. I would so read a book like that :) Happy Easter !
Wonder what he wants...
Our children really love us! Enjoy as someone posted the other day - the golden years. I think they felt it was 5 to 12 years of age? Sounds about right to me. My 14 year old has gone to the dark side.
It's amazing how they can say the right thing at the right time and catch you unawares. Don't let your guard down!
Awww How sweet. I love him too. I have a stinky little boy too. They sure love their mamas!
I think boys are better than little girls at saying or giving compliments. Of course my sirls are all grown up (16 & 17) so they wouldn't have a compliment to give any older person.
Now that is my kind of compliment. LOL!!!!!
Thank goodness you smell better than magnets! I love the ways the kiddos think:)
ummm... magnets??? so funny!
Well, I'd take it! : )
