Apparently there are a ton of people with their panties all in a twist because of this...personally I don't see a problem. These dogs are sure being taken care of and have tons of money spent on 'em. Better than my much-loved, overweight flea-bitten slobber maker I call Dog! BTW, this is call Extreme Grooming and there are major competitions. I've only just now found out about this. I really wish someone would get the memo that I'm supposed to be NOTIFIED when things like this are happening!

Oh my gosh, how have I never seen this before? Gah, I miss all the good stuff! You know, I came around to it the longer I scrolled down! Lol, the first few I'm all, "Oh no! Why would they do that to that poor dog?" And by the time I got to the ninja turtle dog I was like, "Well, that dog will never get its butt kicked because it's the coolest dog I've ever seen"... The buffalo dog scares the crap out of me though!!

Poodle cuts are bad enough on their own...and these are just icing on the cake. i am partial to eh Ninja Turtle;)

I think it's a form of art really, but..
1. It has to be pricey to have done.
2. How do they keep the dogs still long enough to do it?
3. Is the dog thinking.. look at me, I am freakin' magnificent! (or) Dang, I look so gay.

I came over from Noble Pig to see the grape dog...LOL!!!! I'm lovin' the peacock pooch and the rooster guy...my sons years ago would have dug the ninja turtle one...how funny are they??? Love your blog...I think I'm jumpin' on board as one of your followers...

It's just fur... it's not hurting the dog... I don't THINK dogs have complexes.. they eat, drink, poo, sleep, and do it all over again... everyday.

Wow!I've never heard or seen this but I'm totally not surprised. Quite creative ... but people are weird. But the photos were kind of cool. That one dog does look like a camel!
I SO want a standard poodle. And now I HAVE to have one so I can join in the fun and make mine a cheetah or something.
